Students use their own tiny science lab kits or share one of ours to explore the wonders of chemistry safely. They’ll investigate mixtures and compounds, explore the states of matter, and practice separation techniques. The ticket price covers all 8 weekly sessions (one session per week).

Launchpad Chemistry
Ever wondered why some substances fizz, change colour, or separate into different parts?
Join us for Launchpad Chemistry — a hands-on, 8-week exploration of real-world chemistry designed for curious learners aged 11+ (Years 5 and up). These sessions are perfect for young scientists who love to experiment, investigate, and discover how the molecular world works.
Led by a qualified scientist, each session combines fun, creativity, and hands-on learning to develop strong foundations in scientific inquiry, observation, and data recording. Maniacs STEAM programs are aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum, ensuring an age-appropriate and educational experience.
Each session is 60 minutes long and designed to encourage curiosity, collaboration, and confidence in science.
